Straight forward rates, you choose Hourly Rates or Flat Rates.

Rates are based on the guidebelow under moves and estimated time, use this guide to estimate the time or cost or you can call for a flat rate for your move.

The Hourly Rates:

The hourly rates vary according to the number of workers and size of the truck

We send to perform moving services.

*Labor only. .$30/per mover (2hrs min).

*Truck with 14' to 20 footer box and 2 men .$85/hr.

*Truck with 24' footer box and 2 men .$95/hr.

*Truck with 26' footer box and 3 men .$100/hr

*Our best rate is a 24 foot truck with 3 men for $110 this gets most jobs

done quickly, from a 1 to 4 bedroom house. It's a good size truck and a 3

man crew is very effective and faster than a 2 man crew.

There is a $30/hr charge for every additional helper.

There is a ONE HOUR travel time charge. This cost covers insurance, fuel, workers'

Truck, & most importantly the time. This is to compensate the movers & company

for the time it takes us to get to the (pick up address) and to get back to our

company from the (moving /delivery) address.

•2 Bedroom Apartment                                         5 to 6 Hours                                  3.5-4.5 Hours.

•2 Bedroom House                                                5.5 Hours                                      6 Hours.

•3 Bedroom House 3 men crew 7-9 Hours (2000 square foot).

•3 Bedroom Apartment  3 men crew 8-11 Hours (2500 square foot).

•4 Bedroom House  3 or 4 men crew 9-12 Hours (3000 square foot).

Houses more than 3000 & 4000 square feet require a 3 or 4 man crew and also require an estimate.

A Three man crew is the recommended crew for most jobs. Although the

cost per hour is a little bit more, the move goes a lot smoother and ends a lot

Quicker. In the end the total cost usually works out to be the same or

less expensive with 3 movers.

Flat Rates:

Moving from a house or an apartment ? Flat rates are available.

Flat rates do not include waiting for keys to close the buying & selling of your home
